ABOUT GABRIELLE GLEESON
I help facilitate the individual and unique discovery of how parents can pursue meaningful careers, while embarking on one of the greatest challenges and privileges of all, raising families. I do this because I know that when a person is supported to work and still provide care for loved ones, they feel fulfilled and financially empowered. This, in turn, has an enormously positive impact on businesses and families.
It has never been easier to provide meaningful support to parents. This includes progressive parental leave policies, flexible work options and coaching that ensure parents are productive and happy. This work also has a significant and positive impact on gender equality both at home and in the office. It is Good for Business, Good for Parents & Good for Families.
Here is a photo of my family!
It was taken 2 years ago, just after Indigo was born. I am aware it is an annoyingly perfect photo, where we are all wearing matching clothes, and everyone looks functional and happy.
(Disclaimer: Threats, by post-partum mother, of severe consequence, may have been used to ensure compliance of participants.)

From left to right:
Jack (now 18), Sophie (now 20), Sammy (dog)
Paul (annoyingly ageless), Gab (40ish), Indigo, (now 2),
Jasmine (now 16) and Xavier (now 18)
Here is a more recent photo, taken at Indigo's 2nd Birthday.
Sadly, we are missing Jacko in this pic.
